Construction site: Liutang Township, Shizhu County.

Project overview and construction scale: Huilongchang Reservoir is located in Liutang Township, Shizhu County, the dam site is located at the confluence of Shuangbian River and Yanjing Creek upstream of Silongxi, a first-class tributary on the left bank of Longhe, about 30km away from Shizhu County, the rainfall collection area above the dam site is 102km2, (excluding the rainfall catchment area of Longchi Dam Reservoir of 30.4km2), the average annual runoff at the dam site is 6879m3, and the maximum dam height is 83.5m. Huilongchang Reservoir is a medium-sized water conservancy project focusing on urban water supply, agricultural irrigation, drinking water for rural people and livestock, and taking into account the comprehensive utilization of power generation.
